I just found out about this today, too. Project64K has some more information on it, and I think it runs with Wine.

It's things like this that make me want to get a N64 SD-card type cart, and play these on the real console. I wonder if they work on the real thing, or if they run into problems like a lot of SNES hacks before the BSNES-era.
