I'd really like to give it a try, but I've had problems with Residual VM in the past. At one point early on, a large chunk of the game was just skipped - when I left Don's office I think? - so I didn't proceed for fear of more bugs. Happily, it runs well on my Windows 98 VM should I ever get the urge to replay it.

The controls were always my least favourite aspect of the game, any one else feel the same?

I used Residual to play Fandango end-to-end late last year successfully.

What a great game!! Can't believe I never played it as a kid. I had the chance but always looked at the box and said 'this looks weird'.

Not sure if I would have understood it as much as a kid.

Haven't played Grim Fandango yet...I'm waiting on Escape From Monkey Island to get a higher percentage in compatibility...used to love that game.
