Thanks! I have given wxmupen64plus a try and I like it!
However, it still looks like a good alternative to Sixtyforce, not necessary better. It is still hard to configure it, as it keep crashing with various message like "Warning: two events of type 0x8 in interrupt queue", etc or sometimes failed to recognized my controller (just restart and will work), and some games work only on some plugins (so far, glide64 seems to work the best).
Sixtyforce seems to have much better graphics (in its HD rendering) and better sound. I tried a few games that works fine on both and preferred the Sixtyforce emulated result.
Hope Mupen64plus can improve further! At least when Sixtyforce seems to be already a dead end product...
